In her 30-year career of working predominantly at the CEO level and in both senior executive and advisory roles, McGoldrick has guided multinational companies in developing new technology and expanding across existing geographic markets, while providing deep expertise in navigating complex financial and healthcare regulatory environments.
McGoldrick currently serves on several corporate boards, including Delta Dental of Rhode Island and Avadim Health, and previously served on the boards of numerous listed companies (NYSE, NASDAQ, London, Oslo, AIM Exchanges) as well as private corporations. Additionally, she has held four Ministerial appointments in the UK and was appointed by the Governor of Rhode Island to the Health Reform Commission and by the Governor of Massachusetts to the Health Information Technology Commission. McGoldrick is also the founder and chairperson of Financial Health Associates International (FHAI), a global strategy and board advisory firm.
