SAND SPRINGS, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Webco Industries, Inc. (OTC: WEBC) announced the appointment of Ms. Catherine Wilcox as a member of Webco’s Board of Directors. Ms. Wilcox’s appointment by the Board brings the number of outside members to three and the total members to six.
