PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) announced today that Sue Schweitzer has been promoted to second vice president of Individual Disability Insurance Underwriting and Operations. In this role, Schweitzer now leads both the underwriting and operations teams of The Standard’s fully underwritten Individual Disability Insurance business.
Schweitzer has been with The Standard for more than 30 years. During this time, she has held various underwriting leadership roles including leading the underwriting team of the fully underwritten Individual Disability Insurance business for the past six years.
