NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Modulim, recognized leader in optical imaging solutions for non-invasive assessment of tissue health, will exhibit its ClarifiTM Imaging System this week at the 20th Annual New Cardiovascular Horizons (NCVH) Conference in New Orleans. Hands-on demos of Clarifi will be available at Modulim’s booth (#218) throughout the event.
The exhibition of Modulim’s subsurface optical imaging technology at NCVH comes on the heels of the company’s unveiling of Clarifi at the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC) Spring Meeting in San Antonio, Texas, earlier this month. Powered by Modulim’s proprietary spatial frequency domain imaging (SFDI) technology, Clarifi aims to provide clinicians with a fast, reliable and objective tool to assess tissue oxygenation and perfusion in patients with potential compromised circulation – which has been known to contribute to conditions such as critical limb ischemia, non-healing wounds and foot complications.
Clarifi will also be featured at a clinical workshop hosted by Jeffrey D. Lehrman, D.P.M., board of directors at the American Professional Wound Care Association, on Thursday, May 30. The workshop, titled, “See What’s Missing: Microvascular Assessment with SFDI,” will discuss microvascular assessment using SFDI to measure compromised circulation due to arterial insufficiency in peripheral tissue.
