The shares are being offered by Standish Family Holdings, LLC and J.S. Standish Company (collectively, the “Selling Stockholders”). One of the Selling Stockholders is expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 210,783 additional shares of Class A Common Stock. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company.
