AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Roberts Resorts and Communities, owner and operator of Manufactured Home Communities & RV Resorts, has announced the acquisition of two RV Resorts in Texas and California. The properties join a growing collection of unique RV Resort destinations nationwide.
The communities are Coachland RV Park in Truckee, California and Rayford Crossing in Spring, Texas, with 230 and 115 sites in each community respectively. With these acquisitions, Roberts Resorts & Communities’ total portfolio features 17 MH Communities and RV Resorts, with RV assets totaling 6,500 lots, with an additional 2,700 lots under development. Roberts Resorts and Roberts Communities plan to invest over $80 Million into expansion projects over the next 3 years.
Coachland and Rayford are ideal additions to the Roberts Resorts family and perfectly align with Robert’s mission to offer upscale MH Communities & RV Resorts in high demand locations.
