ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is the international standard that recognizes quality in the provision of information security services. This certification is the latest external validation of Applied Insight’s commitment to excellence in quality assurance, following the company’s appraisal at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development as well as its achievement of ISO 20000-1:2011 for IT service management.

The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Management Systems certification recognizes quality standards in the provision of information security services in support of system engineering, IT security services, cloud services, IT migration services, operating and maintenance operational services and virtual services to U.S. federal government customers.
Certified ISO auditor Sanjay Barthakur of GCERT/AnTS Corporation conducted the audit, working in partnership with AI’s Bob Pomietto, senior quality assurance manager, supported by Mike Kelleher, chief integration officer.
