2019 First Quarter Highlights

  • Total revenues increased 21.9% to $100.0 million as a result of strong growth at Turning Point Brands, Inc. (NYSE: TPB).
  • Net loss attributable to SDI was $(3.5) million or $(0.21) per diluted share
