ALLEN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FTK Construction Services announced the official launch of their Insurance Division this week. FTK has over 20 years of experience handling all facets of insurance related projects in the multifamily and commercial industries. The expansion of this new division increases FTK’s labor and equipment resources for national disaster recovery and general restoration services, to better serve FTK’s client base.
To head up this expansion, Tim Gibbs has been promoted to Director of FTK’s national Insurance Division. Gibbs has been with FTK Construction Services for 12 years, starting in field production, then moving into National Account Management, and now heading up the Insurance Division nationally.
“We assist adjusters, consultants, property owners, and property management companies in negotiating and settling their insurance claim,” said Gibbs. “Our 24/7 Emergency Response Team includes licensed mitigation techs, electricians, plumbers, roofers, and board-up crews to assist in mitigating your loss as a result of natural disasters.”
FTK also welcomed Stephen Keithly to the team as National Mitigation Specialist. Keithly has over 12 years’ experience in the mitigation field, most recently as the National Director of Operations for a restoration company based in Dallas, Texas. While there, he managed mitigation projects throughout the country. Keithly’s other credentials include serving as a Marine, being certified as a Master Plumber, a Backflow Technician, a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor, and completing certification from the American Drying Institute.
