ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Once again St. Louisans can be philanthropists for a day, as the St. Louis Community Foundation presents Give STL Day, a day of online giving that benefits hundreds of local nonprofits. Since 2014, the event has raised more than $10 million for the region’s charitable organizations that do so much for our community. Last year alone, 24,000 individual donor gifts raised a total of $2.4 million for participating organizations.
When: midnight to midnight, Wednesday, May 1. To accommodate busy schedules, prescheduled donations are also being accepted on GiveSTLDay.org from now through Tuesday, April 30. All donations will be debited from donor accounts on Wednesday, May 1.
How: Jump online with a credit or debit card and visit GiveSTLDay.org. Take a gander at the more than 800 charitable organizations listed, and give $10 or more to one, two or many of the participating nonprofits.
