Cromwell joins Spero Health with over 10 years of experience serving diversified healthcare organizations, most recently serving as Enterprise Mergers & Acquisitions Counsel for Envision Healthcare, where he led a robust acquisition initiative of physician organizations and healthcare facilities. In addition, he served as General Counsel for the ambulatory surgery division of AmSurg, which was comprised of a network of over 250 ambulatory surgery centers located in 35 states with over 3,000 affiliated physicians and other healthcare providers.
At Spero Health, Cromwell will be responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance activities across the Spero Health organization. “Clint joins Spero Health at a crucial time.
