ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crossfuze, a ServiceNow Gold Partner that helps organizations reimagine enterprise services to achieve digital transformation, has launched Crossfuze Federal Services, a division that will focus on extending the company’s industry-leading ServiceNow consulting expertise to serve the federal government, the company announced today.
Helping to shepherd the growth and success of Crossfuze Federal Services will be distinguished business executive Craig P. Coy, a retired U.S. Coast Guard officer and former federal counterterrorism official. Coy will join Crossfuze’s Board of Directors, providing expert counsel and advice as the company works to become a strategic player in the public-sector ServiceNow industry.
“It’s always exciting to help a business grow, particularly an organization like Crossfuze that already has a stellar reputation in the ServiceNow consulting and implementation industry,” said Coy, who currently serves as chief executive officer for two companies, the global risk management company Prosegur USA and the security services provider Command Security Corporation. “I look forward to helping to optimally position Crossfuze to build a strong Federal Services presence.”
Crossfuze’s entry into the federal sector comes on the heels of almost two decades of experience working primarily in the private sector, 10 of which have been focused on ServiceNow consulting and implementation services. The company has over 100 dedicated ServiceNow consultants and developers and over 600 total employees globally. Crossfuze has successfully completed more than 1,800 ServiceNow implementations; past customers have included local government agencies.
“No matter who we serve, Crossfuze excels at applying our industry-leading expertise to deliver consulting and implementation solutions that enable organizations to achieve digital transformation with the powerful ServiceNow platform,” said Chris Howard, president and chief executive officer of Crossfuze. “We look forward to extending our brand of service excellence to help our federal partners modernize the delivery and management of enterprise services throughout their agencies.”
Crossfuze Federal Services will be based in Crystal City, Virginia, in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Federal Services will focus on tailoring Crossfuze’s award-winning ServiceNow digital transformation strategies and tools to optimally serve federal customers. All Federal Services offerings will include contracting provisions and other administrative solutions that are fully compliant with federal regulations and requirements.
“We are fully confident that Crossfuze has the talent, the experience and the commitment to carve out an important niche in the federal ServiceNow market,” said Jerry L. Johnson, chairman of Crossfuze and partner of RLJ Equity Partners, which owns a majority interest in Crossfuze. “We look forward to seeing Crossfuze’s newest board member, Mr. Craig P. Coy, help usher the company into this exciting next phase of Crossfuze’s growth and development.”
