NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mercer, a global consulting leader in advancing health, wealth, and career, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE: MMC) has announced the appointment of Stephanie Penner as Tri-state Office Leader. Her responsibilities include building and strengthening local client relationships, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the Tri-state area. Ms. Penner will report to Pat Tomlinson, Mercer’s East Market CEO.

Ms. Penner brings more than 20 years of experience working with clients across a broad range of industries to develop workforce strategies that align with their broader business objectives and values. Prior to this role, she served in a range of consulting and leadership positions, most recently as Mercer’s Career Business Leader for the US-East market and worked directly with New York, New Jersey and Connecticut clients. Ms. Penner earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
