WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aligned Telehealth, one of the nation’s leading behavioral healthcare solutions providers, today announced the promotion of Miles Kramer, LCSW, CCHP as its new Chief Development Officer.
Kramer joined Aligned Telehealth in early 2018 as executive vice president, leading national business development efforts in acute care and correctional health services. In his short tenure, he has developed significant growth opportunities for Aligned through new and expanding partnerships with large health systems and affiliate agreements with other telehealth providers.

Previously, Kramer spent nearly eight years with Horizon Health, the nation’s leading psychiatric services contract manager, holding vice president positions in operations and business development.
Prior to joining Horizon, Kramer served for a year as the chief operating officer of Traditions Behavioral Health, a Northern California psychiatric medical group, developing and enhancing business processes, managing contracted physician practices, coordinating physician credentialing, recruitment, retention and performance improvement, in addition to business development.
To further enhance Aligned’s focus on growth, the company has named Nancy Lockhart as Director of Business Development and Marketing.
In addition to marketing, Lockhart is responsible for public relations and sales support at Aligned. She has over 20 years of healthcare marketing experience working for organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Health Net, and Anthem, Inc. Lockhart has specific expertise in developing healthcare brands and is focused on raising the profile of Aligned’s innovative approach to behavioral healthcare.
Aligned also announced it is transitioning Mike Barrett to Senior Vice President of Business Development from Clinical Operations. Barrett has more than 25 years of experience working across the entire behavioral healthcare continuum, serving in clinical, financial, marketing and sales roles. Barrett has worked with companies, including Baxter Healthcare, Horizon Health and McKesson. His addition to Aligned’s business development team enhances the company’s national reach, project development capacity, and focus on customer experience.
