PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Turn-Key Health (Turn-Key), an Enclara Healthcare company, serving health plans, provider organizations and their members who experience a serious or advanced illness, welcomes Charles “Chuck” Berg, a veteran healthcare executive who has served in various leadership roles throughout the industry, to its board of directors. Currently, he is on the board of directors of DaVita Inc. and Justworks, Inc., a private human resources technology company. He is also a member of the Operating Council of Consonance Capital Partners, a healthcare focused private equity firm.

From 2008 to 2013, Berg served as executive chairman of WellCare Health Plans, Inc., a provider of managed care services for government-sponsored healthcare programs. From 1998 to 2004, he held various executive positions with Oxford Health Plans, Inc., a health benefit plan provider. He was executive vice president, medical delivery, president and CEO when the plan was acquired by UnitedHealth Group. He then became an executive of UnitedHealth Group and was primarily responsible for integrating the Oxford business.
