iQor Named #1 in Customer Service Leadership Training at 2019 LEAD Awards

Tech-enabled BPO ranked #1 for Best Customer Service Leadership Training, Best Executive Coaching, Best Experienced/Senior Leaders, and Best Use of Classroom and Traditional Training

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--()--iQor, a managed services provider of customer engagement and technology-enabled BPO solutions today announced that it ranked number one in leadership training in four categories at the 2019 Hr.com LEAD awards, and placed second in three additional categories.

Ranking number one in Best Customer Service Leadership Training Program and Best Executive Coaching Program, iQor’s PeaQ Performance Qoaching (PPQ) is behavioral coaching leadership workshop that aims to coach and develop current iQor leaders with a focus on driving team performance and positive engagement. The same program won two more times, taking second place in Best Mentoring Program and Best Global/International Leadership Program.

In two other number one wins, iQor’s Trainer Certificate Program was recognized for Best Use of Classroom and Traditional Training, and the company’s leadership book study in their Leaders Inspiring Leaders curriculum owns the title of number one Best Experienced/Senior Leaders Program.
