Go-live is currently underway and GlycemiCare will be used by hospitalists and residents at the 875-bed Mercy Medical Center, which is a member of Mercy Health Network (MHN) and part of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI). GlycemiCare directly embeds in the Cerner EHR, creating new clinical workflows that standardize and streamline the management and care of diabetes patients.
