IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allied Esports today announced the creation of an original event series called “Day One” that will celebrate the launch of new game titles on the day they are released to the public. The series will kick off with the debut of Tom Clancy’s The Division® 2 on Thursday, March 14 at 7:30 p.m. Pacific Time at HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas.
Each “Day One” event will bring the title’s community together with prominent influencers and fans playing the game for the first time in front of a streaming audience at the very moment it is made available. FaZe Clan’s Apex (@FaZeApex), Teeqo (@Teeqo) and GwidT (@GwidT) will headline the influencer lineup for the debut of the series on Thursday.

Viewers can tune into Allied Esports’ new Twitch channel twitch.tv/alliedesports starting at 7:30 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, March 14 for the main stream of the event, which will include gameplay, behind-the-scenes access, and live interviews with influencers and other VIP guests. The stream will be hosted by Anna Prosser and Alex Corea who will be joined by casters Bil "Jump" Carter and Michael "MTashed" Tash.
The debut of “Day One” will include a roster of influencers whose gameplay will be featured on Allied Esports’ main stream as well as on their respective Twitch channels throughout the night. Fans at the inaugural “Day One” party will have the opportunity to play and compete in The Division 2, which will be officially released at 9:01 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, March 14, with the chance to win special prizes, including copies of the game, new merchandise, products from partners, game codes and more.
Participation in the event is invitation-only, however, by using #DayOneDivision2, fans following the event on social media and tuning into the live stream will also have the chance to win prizes and receive giveaways.
