NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ShelterZoom, creator of the first blockchain-based real estate purchase and rental deal platform, today announced that Chao Cheng-Shorland, its CEO and co-founder, will speak at South by Southwest (SXSW). Chao was invited by Austrade, the Australian federal government's commercial arm, which identified her as an “exceptional Australian.”
Chao will speak on March 13 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at Australia House. Her individual talk and participation in a four-person panel discussion will focus on real-world blockchain applications.

ShelterZoom is currently working on its next-generation, industry-agnostic deal, contract and transaction management platform. The platform will be the foundation for a marketplace which will empower instant dealmaking, speedy transaction closing and easy service acquisition.
