COVINGTON, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Telrite Holdings, Inc. today announces an agreement to purchase Locus Telecommunications and H20 Wireless. Pending regulatory approval, the acquisition positions the company as one of the largest mobile virtual network operators (MVNO) in the pre-paid space.
