MANCHESTER & NASHUA, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SolutioNHealth today announced its new executive team, joining Sherry Hausmann, CEO, whose appointment officially launched the regional health system in late summer. Mike Rose, President and CEO of Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH), will serve as Chief Financial Officer of SolutioNHealth and Greg Baxter, MD, recently appointed President of Elliot Health System (EHS), has been named the regional system’s Executive Vice President. Three other current EHS and SNHH leaders will also hold dual responsibilities at SolutioNHealth, and two new executives will be joining next month.
“Within my first several weeks of joining SolutioNHealth, it became readily apparent that both Elliot Health System and Southern New Hampshire Health had deeply talented and motivated leadership teams whose commitment to collaboration and innovation were realized with the founding of this new enterprise,” says Hausmann. “Both Mike and Dr. Baxter are seasoned leaders who reflect a team that is rich in knowledge of the communities we serve as well as the depth and breadth of our incredibly strong provider community and the nuances and dynamics of the New Hampshire healthcare landscape.”
Rose has been with SNHH for 12 years, becoming President after 10 years as Chief Financial Officer. Dr. Baxter, a board certified emergency medicine physician, was named President of EHS after serving for 10 years as Chief Medical Officer.
Joining colleagues in what Hausmann has defined as a matrix organization are:
- Steve Norton, SolutioNHealth Chief Strategy Officer, formerly Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Government Relations at EHS;
- Susan DeSocio, President of Foundation Medical Partners and Senior Vice President of SNHH, is leading SolutioNHealth’s clinical integration efforts, working with Dr. Baxter and other medical staff leaders to explore how best to expand and align services that meet the changing and growing needs of the community;
- Tate Curti, Chief Operating Officer of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Senior VP, SNHH, is leading medical center integration, aligning opportunities to pursue joint purchasing contracts and reduce technology redundancies while assuring program development and expansion that is consistent with patients’ needs for inpatient and ancillary care in Manchester and Nashua.
Additionally, SolutioNHealth will welcome two new executives in January. William Lewkowski will be joining as SolutioNHealth’s Chief Information Officer on January 6, and Kelly Corbi has been announced as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 26.
“Bill and Kelly are talented professionals who bring relevant and valuable expertise and experience to our SolutioNHealth Team,” says Sherry Hausmann, CEO of SolutioNHealth. “Each will step into roles that complement the skills of our existing team and help us move forward with plans to establish SolutioNHealth as a regional system uniquely improving access to high value care for half a million residents of southern New Hampshire.”
Lewkowski joins SolutioNHealth from Metro Health, part of University of Michigan Health, a multi-hospital health system where he served most recently as Chief Strategy Officer, a role preceded by 21 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In his new role, he will lead SolutioNHealth’s roll-out of an integrated EMR, Epic – the gold standard in the healthcare industry.
Corbi is joining SolutioNHealth from LifeBridge, where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Integration Officer. LifeBridge is a Maryland-based regional healthcare system comprised of 4 hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, urgent care centers and other services that comprise a continuum of healthcare. Corbi previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge
