ORANGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Premier Dental Holdings, Inc., a parent of Western Dental Services, has signed a definitive agreement with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® to acquire its Dental Service Organization operations, which currently support 63 offices in Texas, California, and Alabama.
The acquisition will add 36 supported offices in Texas currently branded South Texas Dental, 13 in Northern and Central California under the Access Dental brand, 8 in Northern and Southern California branded Blue Hills Dental, and 6 Vital Smiles offices in Alabama. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2018. Terms were not disclosed.
When complete, the transaction will bring to 312 the number of Western Dental and Brident supported offices in five states.
