(“MassMutual”) as of November 30, 2018. The transaction, which has completed all applicable regulatory approvals (including an approval from the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions), marks a continuation of Mid Atlantic’s effort to provide best-in-class product offerings to support financial professionals.
