Election of Directors
All five (5) candidates nominated for election to the Bioasis board of directors and listed in the Company's Management Information Circular dated Oct. 25, 2018, being Deborah Ann Rathjen, B.Sc. (Hons), Ph.D., MAICD, FTSE (chair), Mark Day, Ph.D. (president and chief executive officer), Nancy E. Stagliano, Ph.D., John E. Curran and David M. Wurzer, were elected.
Appointment of Auditors
Manning Elliott were reappointed as Bioasis’ auditors.
Stock Option Plan
A proposed amendment to the Bioasis stock option plan to increase the number of common shares issuable under the plan was not approved.
