NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Broadview Real Estate Partners (“Broadview”) has been formed as a real estate investment management company focused on providing growth capital to small and mid-sized operators and developers. The Company’s Managing Partners, Larry Ellman and Jason Grossman, have worked together for the past 14 years, first at Citi Property Investors and later at Berkshire Group.
The Broadview team recently separated from Berkshire Realty Ventures, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Group, where they led the management of BRV Partners Fund I, a Berkshire-sponsored vehicle formed in May 2015. That Fund is fully committed with entity-level investments in and GP-co-investments alongside operators and developers across multiple real estate sectors. Berkshire has engaged Broadview as a sub-advisor to continue to assist in the management of BRV Partners Fund I along with Berkshire.
