INDIANAPOLIS--()--250ok, a leader in advanced email analytics for deliverability, DMARC and email engagement, today announces a consumer-focused survey conducted in partnership with Lab42, revealing one in three consumers believe marketing emails are not well-designed. To address these findings, 250ok unveiled an update to its email design product, 250ok Design, providing marketers with the tools to transform the email marketing experience for consumers.

250ok’s email design survey also revealed:

  • Of the consumers reporting they read marketing emails several times a week, almost 70 percent read these emails on a smartphone, and nearly 40 percent of respondents said marketing emails are not well-designed for their mobile device
  • When asked what design element they wished could be improved in the promotional emails they receive, "how it fits my screen" and readability were the top issues consumers cited
  • More than 80 percent of respondents shared they are more likely to take action on marketing emails that are well-designed
