Continental Acquires United Vending & Market Services

Deal Expands Continental’s Footprint in Local Market, Brings Enhanced Services to New Customers

TROY, Mich.--()--Continental, Michigan’s largest food management company, today announced it has acquired United Vending & Market Services (United Vending), located in Ferndale, Michigan. As part of the transaction, the entire United Vending leadership team and staff will join the Continental team. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This is the fourth add-on acquisition completed by Continental in the past year, and its largest acquisition to date, as Continental continues to pursue its growth and expansion objectives. Renowned for innovation and technology, Continental is also making other strategic investments to enrich the customer experience across its entire portfolio of services. Continental is a portfolio company of New Heritage Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm that partners with growing, middle market, founder-owned businesses.
