NASHVILLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MusiComms, a global initiative dedicated to collaboration between the music and communications industries, will host its annual event today at the Omni Nashville Hotel, at 250 5th Ave S.
There, leaders in the music, IoT, technology and automotive industries will come together in a continued effort to define the future of music. This year’s event will also feature a fully interactive smart home exhibit that will demonstrate innovative applications and new distribution models for music.
With so many types of companies and organizations participating, Mayor David Briley proclaimed Monday “MusiComms Day” in Nashville.
This year’s event will cover several key industry topics, including:

- Cloud monetization models
- The future of music in the vehicle
