LabShares is a fully equipped incubator for early-stage research companies seeking a collaborative, cost-effective, and entrepreneurial working environment. The fully permitted, professionally maintained lab is already operating near capacity and is embarking on an expansion plan to double its space by early 2019.

LabShares is located at Chapel Bridge Park, 90 Bridge Street in Newton, Massachusetts and has begun construction to double its size in this location. Current member companies include Siamab Therapeutics, which formerly leased the office space and has now become a tenant, as well as several other biotechnology firms.
