He will bring to PatientSafe unique insights about the key success factors required for clinical communication investments to be sustainably delivered at-scale. He has helped healthcare organizations transform the way they deliver care through complex engagements where mobile technologies, clinical productivity, and quality improvement goals align to drive measurable results.
“After observing and contributing to the Clinical Communication & Collaboration segment’s evolution over the past seven years, I’m thrilled to be joining a company that has a genuine focus on customer success, clinical workflow impact, and user experience,” said Needham. “I’m inspired by PatientSafe’s vision of making the experience of care simple and effective by delivering high-impact technologies that clinicians love to use. The recent significant increase in the company’s customer wins demonstrates the market’s need for a vendor partner with PatientSafe’s character, culture, and technology. I look forward to working closely with the team to deliver on heightened standards across our go-to-market and customer experience organizations.”
