Dickinson Fleet Services, along with majority shareholder Ridgemont Equity Partners, announced the acquisition on October 16, 2018. The acquisition will position Dickinson Fleet Services as one of the largest independent truck repair and fleet management companies in south Florida and add to the company’s growing national presence.
