TRG Multimedia Expands to Former American Greetings Site

75,000-square foot Space Places TRG Among the Largest Multimedia Studios in the Midwest

CLEVELAND--()--TRG Multimedia, a full-service multimedia studio, is expanding into the former American Greetings site in Brooklyn, Ohio. The company signed a lease today for its new 75,000-square foot headquarters with real estate brokerage IRGICP, LLC.

The lease marks a significant expansion for TRG Multimedia, growing 58,000 square feet from its current 17,000-square foot footprint in downtown Cleveland.

The new facility will be dedicated to creating photo and video room sets for TRG Multimedia’s clients. Room sets are interior spaces designed around a client’s specific needs that offer a customizable, creative and cost-effective alternative to sourcing and shooting on location. Without the constraints that come with shooting on location or at multiple locations, the room sets allow for greater flexibility in the scheduling and logistics of photo and video sessions.

In its new space, TRG Multimedia will build more than 50 semi-permanent room sets that will be available for customization. The new space will feature drive in access, ceiling height of 25 ft., storage space and a set-building workshop. Set services include a vast range of props, wardrobe, flooring, windows, fixtures and millwork, two client lounges, an audio boot and full plans for a 10,000 square foot soundstage. TRG Multimedia offices will also be located on the site.

The space on the former American Greeting’s site is a good fit because it allows for continued expansion, is close to the interstate and airport for easy client access, and allows TRG Multimedia to meet its growing portfolio of clients and their needs.

TRG Multimedia’s expansion is planned for January 2019, making it one of the largest multimedia studios in the Midwest.
