Founded in 2009 by Industrial Engineers from AMD/Spansion’s Fab25, FPS has grown to a team of 22 employees who will now join the INFICON organization. Together, INFICON and FPS have developed the most comprehensive Industrial Engineering Software Suite available in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. With many successful deployments in the USA and across the globe, they have a proven track record of improving capital productivity and labor efficiency.
