BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--One year after launching Breeze and the new patient experience management (PXM) health technology category, CareCloud has developed a suite of new features that unlock opportunities to create higher patient satisfaction through analytics, customization and integration solutions. CareCloud, the platform for high-growth medical groups, is previewing the latest Breeze platform enhancements to thousands of physician practice business leaders at the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) annual meeting, September 30-October 3 in Boston.
“We’re proud that Breeze has become an essential part of how a practice engages with patients inside and outside their time at the office,” said Ken Comée, CareCloud CEO. “We’re excited to put cutting-edge capabilities in the practice’s hands that will give them more transparency and insight to identify areas of opportunity to deliver an excellent patient experience -- and to make it extremely easy for them to act on those opportunities in real-time.”
The newest additions to Breeze enable practices to more deeply customize the platform so their patients receive a unique, on-brand experience that can be measured against key metrics driving patient loyalty and referrals. The product enhancements also focus on making this information actionable to both practice staff looking for opportunities to further improve the patient experience and to satisfied patients who wish to share their reviews. Specific features include:
- Personalized URL and web pages so practices can deliver Breeze to patients under their own brand
- Configurable patient feedback surveys that can be completed in the practice, at home or on the go
- Linking satisfied patients to a practice’s social media and review sites to share their feedback
- Comprehensive patient experience management (PXM) dashboard with real-time data on the entire patient journey: from wait times to completed check-ins, payments made, products sold, and survey results
The platform enhancements also include the ability to integrate third-party intake applications that practices may have developed in-house into one seamless process for patients. For example, practices with patients participating in clinical trials or other population health programs may have a set of specific questions to ask alongside core personal health and medical history questions. These applications may now be presented to the patient as part of one comprehensive intake process.
Launched in October 2017 alongside strategic investor First Data, Breeze helps patients check-in, schedule appointments, and process payments natively on Clover® Stations, iOS or Android devices, or any computer — transforming the interaction between patient and practice. Within the last year, providers using Breeze to enhance their patient experience have reduced patient intake time by 15 minutes or more and increasing collections on patient financial obligations by 5 to 10 percent on average.
Breeze is part of the company’s comprehensive health IT platform which has received numerous industry awards and recognitions, most recently being rated by KLAS as a top cloud-based provider of revenue cycle management services for ambulatory practices in 2017 and being named a finalist for the 2017 SIIA Codie Award for best Healthcare Technology innovation. The company’s highly flexible, customizable, and modern platform is enabling CareCloud to rapidly deploy new features to all clients in record time, so they can collect every dollar - from patients or payers. In April, the company released Breeze Shop, a fully featured, enterprise-class retail solution that allows practices to set up their online store in a few minutes with a wizard-like store configurator. The company released 3rd party intake integration capability in July 2018, personalized landing pages in August 2018, and will be releasing Patient Feedback surveys and the PXM Dashboard in November.
