WESTBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Training Associates Corporation (TTA), a leading provider of learning and development talent and solutions, is delighted to announce that Kim Schofield has joined in the role of Talent Recruitment Manager. Kim will focus on identifying and placing the best talent to meet our clients’ needs.
Kim believes effective ongoing learning and development within organizations (large and small) leads to employee retention, job satisfaction and overall greater sense of purpose within employee’s individual roles. “Kim’s talent acquisition experience, coupled with her desire to learn about the learning and development industry, makes her such a great addition to the team,” says Marlene Saucier, Senior Director of Talent Networks and Partner Success. “Her ability to build trusting relationships with our learning talent is already evident in such a short time which makes her such a great culture fit here at TTA."
Kim has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career – all with a strong component of recruiting and sales. Most recently, Kim was a Senior Contract Recruiter at iRobot. Prior to that, Kim was a Director of Recruiting with Worth New York.
Kim is an entrepreneur at heart, and some of her remarkable experiences include co-owning an on-demand childcare service that served over 400 families in MA, as well as major Boston hotels, such as The Four Seasons and Park Plaza. Over a span of years, Kim also opened and operated her own company.
