BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fidelis Cybersecurity (Fidelis), a leading automated detection and response provider, today announced the appointment of Gabriel Martinez, as vice president of customer success, and Ken McDonald, as vice president of sales engineering.

Prior to joining Fidelis, Martinez served as chief customer officer at Anomali (previously ThreatStream), as well as the vice president of client services at Invincea where he was responsible for building out the account management, support, education, and delivery teams. Martinez also held the position of vice president of customer success organization at NetWitness where he built a global services organization from the ground up that delivered a world-class customer experience, while aiding rapid product growth and development.

McDonald has extensive experience building global technical teams and most recently held the position of vice president of global technical operations at Ribbon Communications. Prior to Ribbon, McDonald was senior vice president of global technical operations at Websense. He has also held senior leadership roles at Cisco systems and Riverbed Technology – where he built and developed the global technical operations team from startup phase to $400+M in revenue.
