SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SurveyMonkey, a leading global provider of survey software products, today announced that its parent company, SVMK Inc., has priced its initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 26, 2018 under the symbol “SVMK.” The offering is expected to close on September 28, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
In addition, SurveyMonkey has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Allen & Company LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering.
