CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinettix recently named 20-year IT veteran Bob Supinger as Vice President of Operations. With expertise in IT deployment and global expansion, Supinger will play a major role in Kinettix’s service to companies seeking to scale internationally.
“With his years of management experience in business and IT, Bob helped us build the infrastructure required to establish Kinettix as a true leader in global IT field services,” explains Chad Mattix, founder and CEO. “His unique experience enabled us to develop a robust, rapid response for on-site troubleshooting and repair.”
Attracted to Kinettix’s global capabilities, Supinger says that their competitive edge could not be easily replicated: “What Kinettix has done requires a major time investment on the front-end,” he says. “It takes 15-20 years to develop these kinds of international partnerships that Kinettix can now offer its clients right away. With our office in Cebu (Philippines), we are well suited to support the global market and dispatch tech support right away where it’s needed.”
Supinger’s work in both retail and telecommunications also brings an added dimension to the Kinettix team that will assist in business development as well as process enhancement.
“Bob’s familiar with the nuances of deployment in both industries,” explains Mattix. “He understands the compressed timelines of retail, and he knows the process for expanding or contracting a company’s global footprint. Similarly, on the telecom side, he understands the importance of expansion and the speed at which companies add new connections.”
When asked about his vision for Kinettix and the role he will play, Supinger said he seeks to leverage his past experience to make Kinettix’s human capital and processes fully scalable. As an IT veteran, he emphasized the importance of scalability when it comes to field service operations. He added, “My focus will also lie on growing our team with industry experts and enhancing our global partner network.”
Supinger comes to Kinettix with vast experience helping companies grow. “Bob led my company through four acquisitions, countless strategic account wins, vast personnel increases going from six to 250 employees and the eventual sale of the company to Comcast,” says Mark Stuhlreyer, CEO of Contingent Holdings. “We were a nascent business unit in a much larger organization, but over the ensuing fifteen years we grew into a $75 million standalone company under Bob’s organizational and delivery leadership.”
The addition of Supinger to Kinettix’s team represents a major recruitment for the company as it continues to expand its reach. His experience in setting up complex IT deployments positions Kinettix to help clients tackle the arduous process of global expansion with a unique advantage within the market.
