ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZeroChaos, the global workforce management company, has filed for a new patent that automates and customizes the job requisition process to bring enhanced levels of compliance, financial safeguards and quality control across a global workforce.
ZeroChaos’ most recent patent-pending workflow is designed to guide hiring managers to the correct requisition template that is customizable to and consistent with an organization’s unique hiring polices, including compensation guidelines, using pre-defined questions. Requisitions may also be tailored to specific industries or geographies to ensure data collection and candidate selection meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
The automated process enables clients to create, manage and approve all requisitions within ZC WebSM, the ZeroChaos Vendor Management System (VMS). When the appropriate requisition is complete, the patent-pending workflow automatically triggers a requisition-specific approval process – improving efficiency, speed and performance.
“Good job requisitions lead to good hires. Investing in innovation that simplifies and speeds up the hiring process is crucial for winning in today’s competitive talent environment,” said Jim Burke, CEO at ZeroChaos. “Our intelligent requisition workflow equips hiring managers to get the talent they need, when they need it, while giving HR and procurement leaders the confidence – and visibility – to know that strong financial and regulatory controls are always in place.”
The development is the latest patent-pending technology from ZeroChaos: Earlier this month, the contingent workforce management leader filed for a patent for its permissions-based, automated Statement of Work (SOW) workflows.
The intelligent, automated requisition solution is available in nine language options in ZC WebSM to support ZeroChaos' global clients. For more information, visit ZeroChaos.com.
