  • Aqua has prepared to have our team members and resources in place to do system assessments and begin restoring service once it is safe to do so.
  • It is important for customers who experience outages to call Customer Service at 877.987.2782 to ensure we properly collect this information. We apologize in advance if there are delays in getting through.
  • Customers should sign up for WaterSmart Alerts TODAY to get service alerts to your mobile phone and email. It takes several business days to complete registration.
  • If customers lose water or experience low pressure, once service is restored, you should assume there is a precautionary boil water notice in place and boil your water for 1-3 minutes.
