Eric Ries is an entrepreneur and author of the New York Times® bestseller, The Lean Startup: How Today's Entrepreneurs Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Business and The Startup Way: How Modern Companies Use Entrepreneurial Management to Transform Culture and Drive Long-Term Growth. Barry O’Reilly is a business advisor, entrepreneur, and author who has pioneered the intersection of business model innovation, product development, organizational design, and culture transformation. He works with business leaders and teams from global organizations that seek to invent the future, not fear it, by breaking the vicious cycles that spiral businesses toward death by enabling experimentation and learning to unlock the insights required for better decision making and higher performance and results. Marc Rix is a thought leader in the DevOps space. He focuses on providing full life-cycle management consulting and leadership coaching to IT organizations. Marc specializes in operating IT as a profit center, working throughout the technology value stream to streamline delivery practices and maximize value delivered to customers. He is a thought leader in practical, measurable Lean/Agile/DevOps methods at scale that enable his clients to achieve breakthrough, sustainable IT velocity. He works with clients like Sallie Mae, Johnson Controls, Charles Schwab, Qualcomm, Toyota, and Oracle to increase the value of IT by streamlining the end-to-end solution delivery pipeline. Lee Ditiangkin is an accomplished and dynamic technology executive with experience delivering large-scale enterprise software applications for e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and Web. He has worked for some of the most recognized brands in technology and advised Unicorn Startups through IPO / acquisitions while leading key functions such as platform technologies, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and technical program management. Additionally, Lee has a proven track record of mentoring leaders, building cohesive organizations, and driving change while delivering results and scaling organizations to the next level. Lee currently works as an Executive Program Manager at a Fortune 500 company where his role is large-scale program delivery.
Mark Richards has worked with numerous Fortune 1000 enterprises around the globe. Mark is a thought leader in the Agile community. He was the first person worldwide to achieve the highest level of SAFe certification (SPCT) and he continues to develop value-adding techniques and advancements. Mark was recently recognized as a SAFe Contributor for his work with program-level metrics. Mark is one of nine people to be recognized worldwide as a SAFe Fellow. Mark helps clients develop their problem-solving and continuous-improvement skills to leave lasting and sustainable change. A frequent presenter at conferences and meetups both locally and internationally, Mark is also the author of the blog The Art of SAFe and is working on a book of the same name.
