FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation (RHCC), a leading materials handling equipment supplier in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, today announced James Wilcox as President after its founder Steve Raymond retired earlier this summer. Wilcox has assumed day-to-day leadership and will oversee the company’s strategic growth and success as it continues to be a leader in the material handling industry.

Wilcox began his career with Raymond at Malin in June of 1989 and soon after was promoted to core sales and in 1991 transferred to San Antonio to run the south Texas territory. He continued to manage all of south and central Texas including El Paso and until 2000 when he was promoted to Vice President and transferred to Houston. In 2005, he accepted the position of Vice President at Raymond Handling Solutions (RHSI) in Los Angeles, California and became the Dealer Principal in 2010.
Wilcox graduated from Texas State University with a double major in Political Science and in History as well as with a minor in Business Administration, and is married with three adult children. He enjoys golf, working out and sitting on the board of non-profit “Giving Children Hope,” which provides disaster relief to children and families in need locally in Orange County, California and around the world.
