WESTBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Training Associates Corporation (TTA), a leading provider of learning and development talent and solutions, is glad to announce that Marlene Saucier has joined the organization as Senior Director, Talent Networks and Partner Success. This new role reflects the growth and evolution of TTA, and further strengthens organizational capabilities in building strong partner relationships and nurturing talent.
Prior to joining TTA, Marlene Saucier was a Senior Partner Success Executive with Intrepid by VitalSource, where she was responsible for managing and developing relationships with new and existing strategic partners. Key relationships included several in the big five human capital management consulting firms.
Marlene is now returning to TTA, where she enjoyed a fourteen-year tenure, starting as a Client Representative and progressing as a National Key Accounts Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Solutions Strategy, and, finally, Director of Corporate Placement.
