COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--inVibe Labs, the healthcare industry’s leading market research innovator, has just expanded its Philadelphia-based team with the hiring of two healthcare industry veterans, Beth Baldys and Donna Wray. This significant investment, along with other recent hires in its West Coast office, allows inVibe to better serve its fast-growing base in pharma and biotech.
“By deriving emotional analytics from voice responses, we provide clients with amazing insights they were never able to get before,” said CEO Fabio Gratton. “What's more, we can do this at speed to get both qual and quant insights from any healthcare stakeholder in less than 48 hours. These new hires allow us to meet the increasing demand while taking everything we're doing to a whole new level.”
“I couldn’t resist joining,” said Donna Wray, now Executive VP of Sales and Marketing, previously VP of Multichannel Marketing at TGaS Advisors. “I was looking for an opportunity to work for a company that was charting new territory. When I heard what inVibe was doing with voice, emotion analytics, and AI, I realized there’s a huge opportunity for improving customer understanding with this innovation. We provide clients with a whole new dimension of data that allows them to truly listen and be better partners to their patients, HCPs, and payers.”
Donna Wray has spent most of her career in pharma in various thought leader and entrepreneurial roles. She is on the Health Literacy Initiative committee for Intellus, and has been a speaker at various forums, including the PMSA and the FDA. In 2017 she was one of PharmaVOICE Magazine's 100 Most Inspiring People. Her clients have included all of the top 20 pharma/biotech companies, many of the mid-tiers, and various emerging companies.
Sunny Shah, inVibe's Philly-based Executive VP of Research & Strategy, says, “Donna's thought leadership and expertise in research, health literacy, and marketing make her a perfect fit for inVibe, where innovation and entrepreneurship are core values driving the hyper growth of our company.”
Additionally, Beth Baldys joins inVibe as Assoc. Director, Insights & Analytics. Previously she managed linguistic insights at Publicis-owned research firm Verilogue, spearheading research across a multitude of disease states. She did graduate work in Sociolinguistics at the University of Pittsburgh; her research and career have been dedicated to medical discourse analysis, within the context of pharma market research.
“Beth’s expertise in sociolinguistics will help us take the unique data we collect from our qualitative voice research projects in terms of tone, pitch, syntactic composition — and translate those signals into actionable insights for our clients that are looking to better understand both the emotional and rational drivers of customer behavior,” says inVibe's co-founder and Chief Technical Officer, Jeremy Franz.
In addition to these two East Coast additions, inVibe also recently bolstered its West Coast muscle with two new Market Research Coordinators: Rachel Belyea, MS Applied Psych, and Natalie Newton, PhD Anthropology.
