CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Antares announced today it is serving as administrative agent and sole lead arranger on senior secured credit facilities to support the recapitalization of Synoptek by Sverica Capital Management LP (“Sverica”) to fund Synoptek’s acquisition of Indusa.
