She has more than 20 years of experience in the industry building multiple successful biotechnology companies. Dr. Stagliano most recently served as the CEO of True North Therapeutics, where she led the company to its acquisition by Bioverativ, Inc. for $400M upfront and total potential value of up to $825M. Previously, she served as CEO of iPierian, which she led to a successful exit with Bristol-Myers Squibb with $175M upfront and potential total consideration of $725M. Prior to iPierian, Dr. Stagliano served as CEO and co-founder of CytomX Therapeutics. “Dr. Stagliano’s extensive experience and valuable insights will be critical as we make important decisions regarding the growth and direction of the company,” said Anthony J.
