NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Snow Park Capital Partners L.P. and its founder Jeffrey Pierce today announced that an agreement has been reached that immediately ends litigation with Ms. Kate Merli, who previously served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.
Per the agreement, the lawsuits have been withdrawn and cannot be refiled, and all claims for both parties are released. Additionally, Ms. Merli is permanently barred from repeating or representing as true her allegations against our firm and Mr. Pierce. And importantly, Ms. Merli is not receiving now, nor in the future, any money, cooperation, or other benefits as part of this agreement.
We believe the terms of the agreement, which are not confidential, should resolve any questions about the merit of Ms. Merli’s allegations.
