RICHARDSON, Texas & MCCOMB, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Phoenix Health Systems, the leading independent provider of hospital IT outsourcing and consulting services, today announced that Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center has signed a long-term contract for IT department management and software and infrastructure support.
