ADDISON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, the newly formed company that combines Great Lakes Caring, National Home Health Care, and Jordan Health Services announced it will be named Elara Caring. In April, these three award-winning health care companies announced a merger, creating one of the largest home-based care organizations nationwide. Elara Caring’s headquarters will be in Addison, Texas. All providers in the portfolio will keep their existing names for now, but become “Part of the Elara Caring Network.” Market-specific transitions will occur over time.
