Easterly Government Properties Completes Acquisition of 90,085 SF Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Facility in San Jose, California

WASHINGTON--()--Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DEA), a fully integrated real estate investment trust focused primarily on the acquisition, development and management of Class A commercial properties leased to the U.S. Government, announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of a 90,085-square foot Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community-Based Outpatient Clinic located in San Jose, California (“VA - San Jose”). With this acquisition, Easterly Government Properties, Inc. owns 48 operating properties, totaling approximately 3.8 million square feet.
